Stuart Features in BBC Sound L.A.B

Stuart helped some S1-S2 pupils recently from  Queen Margaret Academy, Ayr (next door to his old school Belmont Academy!) with the soundtrack for their BBC L.A.B Ayr Sound Walk

The BBC LAB is an outreach team that is part of BBC Learning and only exists in Scotland.  They travel around the country working with community and school groups (often in disadvantaged areas) teaching media skills to children and young people and helping them create films, podcasts, animations etc. 

This is one in a series of sound walks and is the first to included an original soundtrack of songs.  The pupils and Stuart recorded 4 original songs in total (two about local witch Maggie Osborne, one about the Gaeity Theatre and one about Ayr United!) which helped illustrate the 6 locations they visited in total.
