New Album "Girls in Peacetime Want To Dance” 19th/20th January 2015
Our ninth studio album "Girls In Peacetime Want To Dance" will be released on January 19, 2015 (Jan 20 in the North America) via Matador Records – the first to be released on Matador worldwide.The album was produced and mixed at Maze Studios in Atlanta by Ben H. Allen III, best known for his work with Gnarls Barkley, Animal Collective, and Raury, among others. Additional mixing was done with longtime collaborator Tony Doogan in Glasgow, and the album was mastered by Frank Arkwright at Abbey Road Studios.A short video clip from our time in Atlanta – set to one of the new tracks – can be viewed on YouTube .
